Growth District Faridabad is Getting Bigger with High Potential expansion plans by leading developers

Massive development plans under commercial and affordable housing spread across 90 acres in Faridabad

Faridabad, dubbed the “Growth District,” is poised for significant expansion as a leading real estate developer announces innovative mixed-use township projects. Known for its construction and development of World Trade Centers (WTCs) across North and West India, the company is set to elevate Faridabad's real estate landscape with substantial investments in commercial spaces, malls, and affordable housing.

With an impressive track record of delivering over 3.0 million sqft and an additional 1.0 million sqft scheduled for completion within the next 12 months, the company has acquired over 90 acres of prime land in Faridabad. This acquisition underscores its commitment to the region's growth.

Speaking on the development, company’s spokesperson at WTCFID Pvt Ltd said, “It is a very prestigious moment for us. We are committed to recreating the landscape of Faridabad and this project of ours will play a crucial role. Along with this license under NIPL, we have received two more licenses under the DDJAY Scheme under which we have already initiated the allotment.”

He further said, “Initially, the company applied for nine licenses under the DDJAY residential plotting and independent floor scheme. Despite the suspension of the DDJAY policy, the company successfully secured two licenses and allotment is underway for plots to customers at affordable prices.

Since the DDJAY Scheme has been halted in Faridabad, there are some confusions among the buyers onthe way ahead. We want to inform everyone that the company is fully committed to protect interest of each individual and is now focused on finding amicable solutions and is exploring existing suitable options.

This first in line is a development with 28-acre license under the “NILP” policy. This policy allows for a unique township development, integrating office spaces, retail, entertainment, and housing within a single complex, thereby enhancing the potential of Faridabad as a comprehensive living and working hub.

Faridabad is fast emerging as a key trade hub. The region already has over 3000 manufacturing units and hosts many well-known global MNCs. It is an integral part of the upcoming economic corridors, including the ambitious Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC).

The company plans to develop the mixed-use township with world-class standards, keeping in mind the potential of Faridabad. To protect the interest of the buyers, the company has also started exploring partnership options to fast-track current and future development in Faridabad.
