Vegas Hosts a Swachh Bharat Mahotsav Filled with Art, Music, and Environmental Awareness
Vegas, Dwarka’s leading shopping and entertainment destination, hosted a spectacular Swachh Bharat Mahotsav in association with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Najafgarh zone. The event brought together the community in a celebration of cleanliness and environmental awareness. The event was graced by the Deputy Commissioner of Najafgarh zone.
The Swachh Bharat Mahotsav featured a range of engaging activities, including a Nukkad Natak performance by Government School teachers that emphasised the importance of the Swachhta Abhiyan and the need to reduce single-use plastic. The highlight of the evening was a mesmerising performance by Singer Maithili Thakur, an ex-student of MCD Najafgarh zone and the brand ambassador of MCD.
Attendees also witnessed special showcases of delightful music performances and vibrant art displays by young talents, including 5-year-old Kushagra Joshi and Ankita. Certificates of appreciation were distributed to recognise the outstanding efforts of individuals and organisations in promoting cleanliness and sustainability.
