The company has been recognized as one of the Best Companies for Women in India by AVTAR & Seramount for the fifth consecutive year, listed among Top 50 (Large) India's Best Workplaces™ for Women by Great Place To Work® India, and named as one of the top three in ASSOCHAM’s Best Employer for Persons with Disabilities. These accolades underscore TP’s commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
