Great Value Brings Confluence Consultancy Onboard for Ekanam, Noida’sInterior Design Mandate

Great Value Projects India Ltd., one of North India's leading real estate developers, has appointed Confluence Consultancy Services as the Interior Design Consultant for its ultra-luxury residential project, Ekanam, in Noida. The collaboration marks a significant milestone in shaping one of the region's most anticipated luxury living destinations.

Ekanam is spread across 4 acres in Sector 107, near the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The ₹600-crore development comprises 280 ultra-luxury 3-and 4-BHK residences across three 46-storey towers, with prices starting at ₹8 crore onwards. Designed by global architecture firm Benoy, the project features a central lake, cascading green terraces, sky gardens, and Noida's highest infinity pool on the 40th floor. Together, these amenities set a new benchmark for luxury living in Delhi NCR.

Payas Agarwal, Director, Great Value Realty, said, “At Great Value, we believe well-designed spaces go beyond aesthetics. They create meaningful experiences. Confluence's design sensibility and execution track record align perfectly with our vision for Ekanam. We look forward to delivering a community space that residents will truly feel at home in.”

Vishal Sharma, Founding Partner, Confluence Architects, Confluence Consultancy Services, said, “Ekanam presented us with a rare opportunity to design a space where architecture and experience speak the same language. Our approach has always been to create environments that go beyond the visual. Spaces that resonate and feel alive. We are delighted to partner with Great Value Realty on a project that shares that philosophy, and we look forward to bringing that vision to life.”

For Ekanam, Confluence will design the project's club facility, anchored in fluidic architecture that maintains seamless continuity with the building's overall architectural language. The scope of engagement spans the full design lifecycle, from pre-concept ideation and schematic drawings to material strategy, MEP coordination, and on-ground construction support, ensuring the design vision is executed with precision at every stage.

Ekanam is envisioned as a holistic lifestyle ecosystem where architecture, nature, and mindful luxury converge. The project is targeting IGBC Green Building certification, integrating water conservation systems, natural ventilation, and vertical green features. Construction is already underway, with handovers targeted for FY2030 in line with its RERA-registered delivery schedule.
